Jonice “MiMi” Flanigan Stoppleworth

Jonice “MiMi” Flanigan Stoppleworth passed away peacefully on Dec. 5, 2019, at the age of 74.

MiMi was born May 20, 1945, in Aberdeen, Washington, but spent the last 42 years in the Ruston/Arcadia Louisiana area.

The family will celebrate her life from 5 - 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, at Salem Methodist Church, 11793 Hwy 151, Dubach, LA.

Some of our best memories are of her embarrassing her kids, grandkids and great grandkids, driving too fast, singing really loud, her love of all her animals and would do anything for anyone!

Her parents John A. and Bernice Flanigan precede her in death. She is survived by husband Russell F. Stoppleworth, son Robert Stoppleworth, (Janet), daughter Lynne Jones (Stan), son Andrew Barnes (Dee), Robert Barnes (Marianne), grand children: Justin Stoppleworth (Catherine), Jonathan Jones, Michael Jones (Becca), Steven Barnes (Madelyne), Brittnea Wells (Cameron), Kaci Barnes, Spencer Barnes, Leia Barnes, Timothy Barnes, Dylan Barnes, Great Grand Childern Zachary Jones, Peyton Jones, and Lily Stoppleworth and her brother John P, Flanigan (Randi) and her sister Nan Seiber (Russell).
