Daniel Huey returns to concert stage

Just 15 months after Daniel Huey survived a horrific accident, the local musician made a triumphant return to the concert stage with a fall recital. Huey, Assistant Professor of Music Theory and Accompanist in the Grambling State University Music Department, presented an array of arrangements during the hour-plus performance held in the sanctuary of Temple Baptist Church, where he also serves as organist. The concert featured narration by local attorney Tyler Storms and seven dramatic selections, two performed with the Grambling State University Chorus under the direction of Cordara Harper, with a near-20 minute finale.
