Four-month library entrance closure over

Two weeks turned into four months, but this week the Vienna Street entrance to the Lincoln Parish Library parking lot is finally open again. A project that began in late June shifted and re-paved Pine Avenue, which cut through the lot, so that construction can begin on a new QuikTrip gas station and convenience store directly to the north.
