Bike racks going up downtown

The first of 20 bicycle racks that will be interspersed throughout downtown and eventually along the Monroe Street Corridor went up Thursday. At bottom, Ethan Terry, left, with the city’s public works department, bolts a rack to the sidewalk at the corner of North Trenton Street and Park Avenue, while coworker Ontario Gaulden looks on.
