Today is the last day for candidates to qualify for the Nov. 6 primary election, and as of this morning only three races were shaping up in Lincoln Parish. Ruston attorneys Monique B. Clement and Bruce Hampton, both Republicans, are seeking the Division C 3rd Judicial District judgeship that opened when former District Judge Jay McCallum was elected to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
