A Choudrant man who was selected for early parole and probation under Louisiana’s new Justice Reinvestment program has been arrested for burglarizing the same business that led to his 2014 conviction. Jeffery Brian Davis, 47, of 4889 Hwy. 145, was arrested Thursday by Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s deputies and charged with simple criminal damage to property and simple burglary in connection with a break-in at Waterworks District No. 3.
