A special offer will be served up to tailgate-goers in Bulldog Village tomorrow before the Louisiana Tech homecoming football game against UTEP — $10 for all-you-can-eat seafood. Available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. leading up to the game, Bulldog fans can help themselves to boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, fried catfish, and fried oysters, served with fries and hushpuppies. The seafood will be provided by the Louisiana Seafood Marketing and Promotion Board, in association with the office of Lt Gov. Billy Nungesser, and cooked by Super 1 Manager Chris Turner and Squire Creek Head Chef Matt Voorhies...
