After reading an article about a “3p” boy, I was interested in knowing exactly what it is. The lady in the article was talking about being in a doctor’s office waiting room with her son and another mother with a little girl. The little girl screamed a few times and also growled. Her mother was obviously getting a little embarrassed, and the first lady asked if her daughter was autistic. This brought about a long conversation about special-needs children.
