Randolph Gantt Graham

Randolph Gantt Graham, 30, of Ruston, Louisiana, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 29 2020, following a sudden illness.

Visitation will be held from 1 – 2 p.m. Sunday, January 3, 2021, at Temple Baptist Church followed by Funeral Services with Pastor Reggie Bridges from 2-3 p.m.

A private Burial will be held at Vienna Cemetery immediately after.

Gantt was born on October 12, 1990, in Monroe, Louisiana, to Sally and Randy Graham. He grew up in Ruston and graduated from Ruston High School. He then attended Louisiana Tech University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree and graduated in the fall of 2015.

After graduation he moved to Houston, TX, where he worked with The University of Houston Football team from 2015 to 2017. In 2017 he moved back to Ruston, LA, where he was employed as the Head of Equipment Operations for The Louisiana Tech Bulldog Football team from 2017 to 2019.

Gantt was involved in sports, mainly football, for most of his life. Whether it was for the RHS Bearcats, The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, or The Houston Cougars, he brought a contagious spirit of joy and optimism and loved being a part of each team.

He grew up in the Christian faith and was a lifelong member of Temple Baptist Church. His memory will live on through his family and the countless friends he made over the course of his life.

He will be remembered for his endearing smile, quick wit, and cheerful personality which allowed him to make friends with anyone he met. He was a beloved son, wonderful brother/brother in law, and truly loved being an uncle to his nine nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William “Bill” Graham, and his grandfather Thomas Stephens.

He is survived by his grandmothers, Marilyn Alford and Linda Graham; his parents, Sally and Randy; his brothers, Matthew and wife Rebecca; Thomas and wife Maggie; his sister, Lindsey Graham Avinger and husband Patrick; his five nieces: Sally Avinger, Adeline Avinger, Stella Graham, Frances Graham, and Eleanor Graham; his four nephews: Archie Avinger, William Graham, Benjamin Graham, and Stuart Graham. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Gantt’s Family and his Christian faith were the most important things in his life.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Graham, Thomas Graham, Patrick Avinger, Nick Rome, Brady McKinney, Chase Patterson, and Ross Horner. Honorary pallbearers are C.J. Gatlin, Ross Garbarino, Thomas Davison, Brandon Pearce, KC Allen, Matt Manuel, and John Richardson.
