Funeral Services for Debbie Cooper Hicks will include a public viewing from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2023, at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, 1339 Jewell St. in Shreveport.
A funeral will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Avenue Baptist Church, 901 W. 70th St., in Shreveport. Burial services after funeral will be at St. Rest Baptist Church Cemetery, 209 Walker Rd., in Choudrant.
We are establishing a Debbie Hicks memorial scholarship for a young person headed to college to be administered by the Avenue Church.
