Funeral services for Billy James Waters Sr., 70, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2019, at the Marion Baptist Church in Marion, where the Rev. Ronnie Traylor is pastor. Interment will immediately follow at the Marion BC Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2 -6 p.m. Friday July 19, 2019, at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Services are entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home, Farmerville, Louisiana.
