Hold on Who Dat fans, because in the immortal words of Mark Twain, the reports of the New Orleans Pelicans’ death has been greatly exaggerated.

After being blown out by the Golden State Warriors in the opening game of a second-round NBA Western Conference playoff series, and then falling in a tight Game 2 contest that saw Steph Curry return to the Warriors’ line-up for the first time in weeks, most experts had the Pelicans already ousted by the Warriors in no more than five games if not a sweep.
