The ongoing gun debate prompted me to reexamine the Constitution and the amendments. Upon reading the Articles and Amendments, I became concerned about the representation of the Second Amendment as interpreted by the supreme Court and the National Rifle Association. After reading the document, I became curious about the decisions about gun rights as expressed by the aforementioned bodies. As a result of my reading I wish to offer kudos to the Supreme Court and the NRA for their successful campaign to misrepresent the intent of the Constitution of the United States.
