Local Eco Car programs seek victories in competition

Dustin Whitlock, New Tech Academies director, said the Bearcat Motorsports team is one of “very few” teams to qualify two vehicles in this year’s competition.

The Bearcat VI is competing in the Urban Concept, Internal Combustion Category on diesel fuel while the Bearcat VII will compete in the Urban Concept, Internal Combustion Category on gasoline fuel.
