Let me begin by saying I’m not a doomsday theorist believing that global warming will bring the end of life as we know it as we slowly move toward the next century.

But I do believe in climate change. And I do believe it’s something we must consider now in order to help ourselves in the future.

New research and analysis released this week by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Climate Central including mention of the possibility of millions of coastal residents in the United States being displaced by flooding caused by rising sea levels.
