Anisha Harrell was 14 years old when her mother vanished. But she hasn’t given up hope that one day, somehow, the two women will be reunited.

“We could have closed the case after seven years, but we just feel like one day something is going to come out,” Harrell, of Ruston, said.

Cheryl Talbert Williams, then 37, disappeared July 20, 2004. She was last seen running from her uncle’s trailer in the Fellowship Community off Highway 507 south of Simsboro.
