Over the past few weeks I have heard multiple stories of how the recent Community Trust Bank upgrade or conversion has affected area residents.

Well you’re not alone. My family has been affected by the conversion since the Friday leading into the weekend that it took place.

This week I was blocked out of our online banking system — and my mobile app — on multiple occasions on the same day.

Luckily I had a few moments where I could sit down and talk with a customer service representative. I basically had this woman on speed dial throughout the day.
