Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, 1 July, 2015, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to Writ:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9 OF BLOCK “N” OF THE TOWN OF SIMSBORO, LINCOLN PARISH, LOUISIANA; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 27 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 9 OF BLOCK “N” FOR A DISTANCE OF 14.11 FEET TO A RAILROAD SPIKE AT A BOUNDARY AGREEMENT CORNER FOR THE STARTING POINT; FROM SAID STARTING POINT, THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 27 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF BLOCK “N” FOR A DISTANCE OF 123.29 FEET TO A RAILROAD SPIKE; THENCE RUN SOUTH 01 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 03 SECONDS WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 260.12 FEET TO A 1/2 INCH REBAR ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 17 BLOCK “N” THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 27 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOTS 17,18,19 AND 20 OF BLOCK “N” FOR A DISTANCE OF 117.66 FEET TO A ONE INCH IRON ROD AT A BOUNDARY AGREEMENT CORNER; THENCE RUN NORTH 00 DEGREES 03 MINUTES 35 SECONDS EAST ALONG A BOUNDARY AGREEMENT LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 260.00 FEET BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTAINING 0.719 ACRE AND BEING SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF RECORD OR USE.
Seized as the property of defendant BILL L ODOM and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash WITH benefit of appraisement. This 25 day of June, 2015.
