Currently, there are two prison escapees from a prison that was considered escape proof.

 Apparently, there was inside help that made the prison break possible.

There is a way available that would solve the prison break problem.  

The U.S. Navy always has ships stored and available for active service if needed. In Navy lingo, it is called ships mothballed.  

Years ago, I saw some of those ships at anchor in the Hudson River north of New York City.  Each one has the capability of being self-sufficient for months at sea.
