Taylor, Bowman to join in marriage

Tiffany Taylor, of Columbus, Mississippi, and Thomas Jonathan Bowman, of Ruston, are pleased to announce their engagement and approaching wedding.

Tiffany is the daughter of Thomas and Rhonda Taylor, of Columbus, Mississippi. She is the granddaughter of Joseph and Betty Gillis, of Columbus, Mississippi, Billie Taylor, of Columbus, Mississippi, and the late Woodrow Taylor.

Thomas is the son of Thomas and Brenda Bowman, of Ruston. He is the grandson of Patricia Smith, of Ruston, the late John Smith, Priscilla Bowman, of Ruston, and Thomas Bowman, of Houston, Texas.

Tiffany is a graduate of Columbus High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in communication disorders and a master’s in speech language pathology from the University of Alabama. She is currently employed as a speech language pathologist at Ruston Nursing and Rehab.

Thomas is a graduate of Sabine High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Louisiana Tech University. He is currently attending Tech and working on a master’s degree in teaching. Thomas is employed as a middle school math teacher at Downsville Charter School.

The couple plans to wed in a 2:30 p.m. ceremony Nov. 1.
