Military members serving overseas and civilians should take steps now to vote in the coming midterm elections. To vote overseas U. S. citizens must first apply for their absentee ballot with the Federal Post Card Application. Filing out the application is simple. You can download a Federal Post Card Application or get information online from the Federal Voting Assistance Program website at FVAP.gov.
