THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2003 PALM HARBOR HOME, MODEL NO. 15MPT372B9, BEARING SERIAL NO. MP1511262 A/B, WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBILIZED PURSUANT TO ACT OF IMMOBILIZATION DATED OCTOBER 28, 202 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 042346 OF THE RECORDS OF LINCOLN PARISH, LOUISIANA.
Seized as the property of defendant PHILLIP HARDY and DENISE DAVIS HARDY and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash WITHOUT benefit of appraisement. This 29 day of April, 2014.
