Top: Two students will be competing in the state competition for their science projects. Larkin Flurry won first in Biology and Social Sciences and Frankie Roy won second in Environmental Science. The girls are heading to Baton Rouge for the Louisiana Science and Engineering Fair on March 24.- Middle: Michael McDonald Sr., Michael McDonald Jr. and Beth Toney are leading the effort in the Great American Can Roundup. I.A. Lewis is currently leading Louisiana in this endeavor and there are cans set up around the school to aid in the recycling effort. Bottom: On March 5, the National Junior Honor Society welcomed 61 new sixth grade members.
