It’s no secret that water conservation and the future of supply levels are a concern here in Lincoln Parish.

But many people don’t realize how widespread the problem is and how many people are working to try and help ease the problem.

That was the reasoning behind a worldwide meeting of the minds Thursday at Lomax Hall on the Louisiana Tech University campus to come up with ways to handle the ever-increasing problem of water scarcity.
