Understanding different health choices

Because I didn’t exactly win the genetic lottery when it comes to health, I’ve done a lot of research on health-related topics. Off the top of my head I can spout out facts on various diseases and conditions I’ll probably never develop, in addition to the ones I do actually have.

At the suggestion of more than one individual and some research I did on the topic, I decided to try a gluten-free lifestyle. It is, by no means easy — especially when dining out. Politely passing up breadsticks and rolls only to watch your friends and family scarf them down a few moments later can be trying.
