New housing going up at Tech

Work is progressing on new residence facilities on Tech Drive next to Mitchell Hall. The new buildings are expected to open for the fall quarter of 2021 and replace Mitchell, Richardson and Cottingham Halls. Recreational fields and new parking are also expected to be built in the same area.
