Lincoln Rotary prepares Easter baskets

Local civic group Lincoln Rotary partnered with CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate) of Northeast Louisiana for its March service project. Rotary members created 160 Easter baskets filled with all types of goodies for children age two months to 18 years who are currently in the CASA program.
