The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Helen Reeves, of Ruston; and the late W.C. Reeves; and the late A.M. and late Theo Barr.

Artie Marie Clark Obituary
Artie Marie Clark, age 85, passed away peacefully at her home in Ruston, Louisiana on Monday, January 14, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. Artie was born in Osage, Arkansas on February 21, 1933 to parents Jasper N. Clark and Melvina Allred Clark. Artie grew up in Northern Arkansas with nine siblings and is predeceased by her parents and sisters Pina Petree, Virginia Jones, Nora Mitchell, Louisiana Henderson; brothers Jonah Clark and Norman Clark; infant son Larry James Clark; and granddaughter, Trisha Nicole Clark.

The Board of Commissioners for Greater Ward One Waterworks District held their meeting Monday, January 7, 2019 at the water office on Haddox Road. Those present were: Butler Hampton, President; F.J. Armond, Vice-President; Rebecca Jennings, Secretary/Treasurer. Commissioners: Keith Barnes, Paula Griswold and Kyle Warner. Absent: Shelby Kelley, Maintenance Supervisor.
F.J Armond made motion to accept the agenda as printed and Kyle Warner second the motion.
