In my last two articles, we learned what bed bugs look like and how to do your own bed bug inspection.
Today would be a great time to discuss how to protect your home from a bed bug infestation.
The first thing that you must do is realize that anyone can get bed bugs.
Don’t fall into the thought that since you keep your home clean and sanitary that you are protected. Clutter can make it difficult to treat for bed bugs, but it has nothing to do with their willingness to move into your home.

Mrs. Dolores D. Brown

Funeral services for Mrs. Dolores D. Brown, age 78, of Star City, Arkansas, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, December 29, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. Rev. Dave Dalton will be officiating with burial to follow in the Mineral Springs Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. Mrs. Brown was born on October 31, 1936 in Emerson, AR and passed away on December 24, 2014 in Pine Bluff, AR.

Boat's Buzz: Fundamentals crucial in Tech bowl victory

It’s something young athletes are taught from the beginning — never give up on a play.
Always run hard to first base, even when you know it’s an easy out coming up.
Always run down the court in case there’s a chance at a rebound.
And always run out a football play in case of the chance of a late tackle or fumble.
Watch a pro game and you can often see that not happen. And it’s a very frustrating thing for a fan to watch, knowing that not adhering to a basic principle of athletic play can end up being costly in the long run.

Bulldogs set for return to TAC

Louisiana Tech plays its final non-conference game against Southern Arkansas at 6:30 p.m. tonight inside the Thomas Assembly Center.
After a grueling stretch of three of the last four games being on the road, Tech (8-4) is more than happy to be back in the TAC, a place where the Bulldogs are a perfect 6-0 this season and have won 19 straight.
