The North Central Louisiana Arts Council is thrilled to announce that Marcie Nelson has accepted the NCLAC executive director position. Having extensive administrative experience and a passion for the arts, Nelson has a B.A. in English with a minor in library science from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Library Science degree from Valdosta State University.
