It was a good news/bad news kind of Saturday for Lincoln Parish college football fans. The Grambling State Tigers turned in the good as the Tigers battled back to defeat Alcorn State 27-20 in the Southwestern Athletic Conference championship game at NRG Stadium in Houston while Louisiana Tech fell 58-44 to Western Kentucky in the Conference USA title contest in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
