For the past four years, Cedar Creek School has been in the “Top 100” schools to raise monies for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by participating in the St. Jude Math-A-Thon. The Math-A-Thon helps students get excited about learning math and helping others. Dana Milam, St. Jude Math-A-Thon coordinator and fifth-grade teacher, has participated for 16 years – the same number of years she has been teaching.
