Election to determine RPAR fate
Started in the late 1940's thanks to the vision and generosity of a Lincoln Legend, RPAR has been serving the community for nearly 60 years.
T.L. James donated $65,000 to start RPAR, said longtime former RPAR director Jimmy Ball. Ball, who ran RPAR for 30 years, said James' generosity was the first of many that brought RPAR from a fledgling department to one that has become a vital part of the community.
