Teresa Gordon and Gail Green of Daily Harvest in Monroe will be on hand and at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. will demonstrate how they grind wheat for their baked goods.

While tomatoes aren’t ready yet, area residents will still find plenty of produce available at the Farmers Market. Pittman said beets, broccoli, cauliflower, new potatoes, baby and regular squash, collards, cabbage, spring onions, strawberries, jams, jellies, mayhaw juice and mayhaws, salsa, local honey, Jarrell’s Specialty Foods and herb plants from Gansville Herbs will be on sale Saturday.
