Women today are positioned better than they’ve ever been to succeed in any area they’re interested in. But, that didn’t just happen overnight. Many women worked for years and endured mistreatment to help bring our society to this point.

Women continue to push the limits of what’s acceptable and normal in roles that range from medicine to politics to sports.

We must always encourage the young girls in our community to work toward their dreams, no matter what they are. We must teach boys to respect women and to consider them equals.
