A deer got into a fight with its reflection and lost this past Sunday outside a local church.
The incident reportedly happened sometime between 10:15 and 10:30 a.m. at Ruston Church of Christ on Woodward Avenue.
Ruston’s Board of Aldermen is expected to debate several changes in downtown parking on Monday, but already one of the ideas has met objection from some downtown workers.
Approximately 55 people that work in the block bounded by Trenton Street, West Park Avenue, Monroe Street and West Mississippi Avenue have signed a petition asking aldermen to leave spaces on the south side of Park Avenue adjacent to KCS Railroad tracks free parking.
