Mummies offer new perspective
The average American diet is going to kill us. Or, at least that’s what we’re led to believe every other month when one staple of most people’s diet or another is called into question for causing heart disease, diabetes, cancer or other illness.
I mean, with all the accusations against food it’s hard to keep up with what you should and should not eat. Most days, it seems like salad and water are probably your best bets — but, of course, unless you’re doing it right eating just those things can kill you as well.
