Wild game can be tasty eating
Here’s the recipie for Melodye’s Marvelous Venison Roll-ups:
Deer Steaks cut into small hand-sized pieces, approximately five inches square. Pound with a mallet until flattened.
Small jar mustard
Small jar honey
Cup teriyaki sauce
Bottle Hickory Smoke Allegro Steak Seasoning
Bottle Italian Dressing
Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper – Liberal amounts of each
Soak meat in marinade up to 3 days (makes them very tender)
Lay piece of meat flat and add:
Chopped bell pepper
1 slice pickled jalapeno pepper (she likes Cajun Chef brand).
