Help keep local schools moving forward
Lincoln Parish Schools deserve a pat on the back after the announcement last week that the school district has received a “B” letter grade for their 2011-12 District Performance Score.
The score increased by 10.9 points, placing them solidly in the “B” category.
And, the good news doesn’t stop there. Two of the district’s schools — Ruston and Choudrant High schools — both were named as “A” schools this year. Choudrant High’s SPS increased by a full 19 points, while RHS had a 9.8 point increase.
