SCHOOL NEWS: Advanced placement scholars named
Eight Cedar Creek students have earned AP Scholar Awards for their achievement on the college-level Advanced Placement Program (AP) exams. The College Board’s AP Program offers students the opportunity to take challenging college-level courses while still in high school, and to receive college credit, advanced placement or both for successful performance on the AP Exams.
Cedar Creek School students took AP Exams in May 2012 after completing college-level courses. The College Board recognizes levels of achievement based on students’ performances on AP Exams.
