The Lincoln Parish Detention Center received a minor setback Nov. 29 when two State Fire Marshals visited the prison.
The fire marshals, in their official report, cited the prison for not having keyed-locks on both sides of every door in the prison.
On Dec. 3 Acting Warden Major Marilyn Goree received a fax message from Patrick Aronstein, manager/special projects for the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
