Man urges nation to withdraw aid
From 1950 to 1953, I served three years in the U.S. Navy before I was 21. Two of those years I was aboard a ship. The ship sailed to several foreign ports conducting training en route.
The people in each country seemed to be pleased that we were there. During the ensuing years, the feeling of those people changed drastically. It became apparent because the leaders of most foreign countries voted against the U.S. on issues within the United Nations.
