Rattay: new ‘bounce’ for Bucs?
Rattay has been selected by head coach Jon Gruden as the team’s starting quarterback against the Browns in Cleveland on Sunday.
A super performance by the all-time passing leader (12,746 yards from 1997-99) at Tech against the Chicago Bears last weekend has earned the native Arizonian an advance to the No. 1 team.
“It’s just common sense right now,” Gruden said of the move. “It’s based on performance and who gives us the best chance to win.”
