Housing renovations expand in Grambling
This recent Housing Preservation Grant is the second one that the city and university has been awarded. Benedict N. Nwokolo, professor of construction technology at GSU and project director, said they received over $189,000 in 2003 from the USDA that renovated nine low income housing units.
“We’ve been working over the years with the city to make a difference in the community,” Nwokolo said. “Part of GSU’s mission is to help the citizens of the community.”
