Restless nights raise concerns
The clock is ticking. It’s 10:45 p.m. After what seems like a few minutes of tossing and turning, the clock reads 11:30 p.m.
I give up and get up. My mind is wide awake. There is no point trying to go to sleep. Over the next two hours, my time is spent reading fiction and browsing the web for information about insomnia. Ironic.
