Funeral services for Margaret Ann Durboraw, 79, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 1, 2011, at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church with Rev. J. Roddy Taylor and Rev. Fred Rushing officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mrs. Durboraw passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at St. Francis Medical Center. She retired as supervisor for the Pre-School Handicapped Program for the State of Louisiana. Mrs.

Susan Elizabeth (Hamm) Bozeman, 50, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011, following a lengthy illness. Born November 21, 1960, Mrs. Bozeman was the daughter of the late Bobby Lee Hamm, and Catherine L. Hamm of Ruston, Louisiana. Mrs. Bozeman was a graduate of Louisiana Tech with an Associate's Degree in Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Northwestern State University. As a nurse, she was much loved by all those she cared for over the years.

Mavis Elaine Baxter Dowling, a life-long resident of Lincoln Parish, went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2011 after a brief illness. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. in the Temple Baptist Church Chapel with Rev. Dale Oden officiating. Burial will follow at the Douglas Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Visitation with the family will be held before the service beginning at 1:00 P.M. Mavis was the 6th of 8 children born to Zedekiah (Edd) and Mary Stuckey Baxter.

Funeral services for Roy Emory, 85, of Choudrant, LA will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston with Rev. Larry Emory officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Sibley Cemetery in Sibley, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Mr. Emory was born in Choudrant, LA on September 16, 1926 and died on March 25, 2011 in Choudrant, LA. Roy enjoyed farming, raising crops, and tending to his cows. He was employed at O’Neal Gas until the time of his retirement and was a W.W. II veteran of the U. S. Navy.

Mrs. Green was born in Dubach, LA on October 25, 1922 and died on March 25, 2011 in Ruston, LA. She was a long time member of First Baptist Church in Dubach. Mrs. Green was very devoted to all of her family and her home was the gathering place for all of them.
