The Lincoln Parish School Board met in Special Called Session on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at noon in the Lincoln Parish School Board Central Office, 410 South Farmerville Street, Ruston, Louisiana. Members present were Ms. Debbie Abrahm, Mr. Otha Anders, Mr. Michael Barmore, Ms. Lisa Best, Mr. Curtis Dowling, Mr. David Ferguson, Mr. Danny Hancock, Ms. Lynda Henderson (arrived after the meeting began), Mr. Trott Hunt, Mr. George Mack, Jr. and Mr. Joe Mitcham.
Ms. Susan Wiley was absent.

Clark, Wallace exchange vows

Hannah Dawn Clark and Daniel Todd Wallace, both of Ruston, joined in holy matrimony on April 25 at The Bridge Community Church of Ruston. Brian Britt officiated the wedding.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Alice Clark, of Ruston. She is the granddaughter of Nancy Clark and the late Paul Clark and Shirley Maynor.

The groom is the son of Denny and Tammy Wallace, of Ruston. He is the grandson of Faye Clark and Charles and Judith Mitchell.

DRAFT LOUISIANA SEWAGE SLUDGE AND BIOSOLIDS USE OR DISPOSAL PERMIT
The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, is accepting written comments on a draft Louisiana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (LPDES) permit prepared for the City of Ruston/Ruston Beneficial Use Facility, P. O. Box 2069, Ruston, LA 71273. The facility is a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) located at 1717 Goodwin Road in Ruston, Lincoln Parish.

Grambling State University intends to solicit help from the Louisiana Army National Guard under an Innovative Readiness Construction Assistance Program. The project assistance will be for construction assistance to the Catfish Ponds located on campus. The work will be performed during the Louisiana Army National guard fiscal Year 2016. No local funds are available to complete this project without National Guard assistance.

LINCOLN PARISH Fire Protection District No. 1 Board of Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., at Lincoln Parish Fire Protection District No.1 Administrative Office, Vienna Station in Dubach, Louisiana, with the following members present: Mike Fulton, Layne Parnell, Bart Dugdale, Richard Durrett, and Dennis Byrnes.
Absent: Richard Aillet and Ray Robinson.
In the absence of Richard Aillet and Ray Robinson, Bart Dugdale opened the meeting.
