LEGAL NOTICE
We are required to monitor your dringing water for disinfection byproducts (total trihalomethanes (tthm) and haloacetic acids-five (HAA5) during the peak historical month (June). Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not your dringing water meets health standards. During the monitoring period of June 2014, the TREMONT WATER DISTRIC dis monitor, did complete all monitoring, and did report the results for total trihalomethanes (TTHMs) and haloacetic acids-five (HAA5), and therefore we are sure of the quality of your dringing water during that time.

THE LINCOLN Parish Police Jury met in regular session on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., at its regular meeting place in the Courthouse, Ruston, Louisiana. Present were: Hazel D. Daniel, Jones wed in outdoor ceremony

Alisha Daniel, of Choudrant, and Thomas Jones, of Ruston, were joined in holy matrimony Aug. 22 in an outdoor ceremony in Choudrant officiated by the Rev. Jeremy Jones.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Angela Daniel, of Choudrant. She is the granddaughter of Rhoda Holtzclaw, of Choudrant, the late E.J. Holtzclaw, Frank Martin Sr., of Ruston, and Barbara and Joe Dupree, of Sterlington.

The groom is the son of Thomas Jones Sr. and Connie Jones, of Dubach, and Tammy Martin, of Farmerville.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Posey, Uzzle wed in afternoon ceremony

In a 7 p.m. outdoor ceremony on September 6, Taylor Marie Posey, of Choudrant, and Jeremy Logan Uzzle, of Simsboro, exchanged wedding vows.

Taylor is the daughter of A.J. and Marian Hotard and Chad Posey, all of Choudrant. She is the granddaughter of Jake and Donna Ambrose, of Choudrant, Raymond and Jane Duke, of Ruston, and David and Pat Posey, of Ruston.

Jeremy is the son of Trace and Margie Talbert, of Arcadia, and Michael and Diane Uzzle, of Ringgold.
