Tiffany is the daughter of Thomas and Rhonda Taylor, of Columbus, Mississippi. She is the granddaughter of Joseph and Betty Gillis, of Columbus, Mississippi, Billie Taylor, of Columbus, Mississippi, and the late Woodrow Taylor.
Thomas is the son of Thomas and Brenda Bowman, of Ruston. He is the grandson of Patricia Smith, of Ruston, the late John Smith, Priscilla Bowman, of Ruston, and Thomas Bowman, of Houston, Texas.
THE VILLAGE of Simsboro met in Regular Session Monday, September 15, 2014 at 6:15 P.M. Council members present were: Tiffany Cole, Doug Durrett, Pam Durrett, Justina Hensley, CMC, and Elizabeth DeGrie with the Ruston Daily Leader.
Citizens attended: Jeri Hendricks, Sybil Foster, Danny Brown, Joe Reed, Ray Harris, Brenda Young, Sandy Freeman, Lorraine Freeman, and Markay Brown with Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson, LLC.
Mayor Willie Hendricks called the meeting to order. Jeri Hendricks voiced the prayer and Mayor Hendricks led the Pledge of Allegiance.
This is to certify that the Lincoln Parish Sheriff has completed all actions required by Louisiana Local Government Budget Act in the preparation, publication and adoption of the budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.
