No, it wasn’t the Beatles getting off of the plane in America the first time they played on the “Ed Sullivan Show.” It wasn’t even current teen superstar Justin Bieber getting mauled by thousands of his fans.
The pandemonium that hit our nation this past week was in fact caused by current Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney making his vice presidential selection for the upcoming election.

THE GRAMBLING City Council will hold a Special Call Meeting Monday, August 20, 2012, at 5:30 p.m. at Grambling City Hall/ Community Center, 127 King Street, Grambling, Louisiana for the purpose of the following:
Introduce Ordinance to Increase Water Rates
Introduce Ordinance to Annex Property
Approval of Bond Commission Application
Any other pertinent matter brought before the council.
In accordance with Lawrason Act [R. S. 42:6 and R. S. 42:7], the Council has the right to go into Executive Session if deemed necessary
